Submit your application through VFS Global / Gerry's Visa, not directly to the Embassy — the Embassy only accepts diplomatic and official visa applications directly. Residents of Sindh and Balochistan apply through the Consulate-General of Japan in Karachi instead of Islamabad.
Go →A photo, your original valid passport, your original CNIC with a photocopy, an attested bank statement for the last 6 months with a bank manager's letter, evidence of your present occupation, a confirmed return airline booking, and a schedule of your visit to Japan.
